OVERALL HR & ADMIN OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT / BUSINESS PLUS PROGRAM
Responsibilities:
  • Managing & controlling the overall HR & administrative daily operations which includes Recruitment, Employment, Training, Employee Relationships, Compensation, Welfare & Benefits, and all administration jobs.
  • Managing the payroll process related to Salary Payment, Overtime, Attendance, Leave Records, etc.
  • Being responsible for the employee onboarding process and probation process, including updating the employee database.
  • Managing administrative operation related to employees Welfare and Benefits, Social Security, etc.
  • Supervising performance management and improvement system.
  • Managing and controlling the office supplies, stationery, equipment, etc.
  • Managing and controlling assets list.
  • Working as a coordinator to manage and support company activities and facilities.
  • Ensuring good Government relations for any permission.
  • Performing various other jobs as assigned by the director & management.
Qualifications:
  • Thai nationality only.
  • Female, age 40 – 48 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
  • At least 10 years’ experience working in overall Human Resources & Admin jobs, which includes a minimum of 5 years in management roles in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge of Thai Labor Protection Law, Revenue Acts, Social Security in terms of HR.
  • Ability to use Business Plus payroll program.
  • Good command of English, both written & spoken and computer literate.
