Quality Assurance (Quality Management Customer Engineer)
Job Description

Functional Area: Quality Management

  • Handling of customer complaints, claim and customer related incidents to perform pre-investigation at customer site.
  • Support APQP/ECR together with sales section to get all customer requirements and customer approval.
  • Provide monthly report to achieve all customer requirement.
  • Support sorting activity at warehouse.
  Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or Related field

Languages:

  • Good command of English
  • Fluent in Thai

Experience and Knowledge:

  • At least 3 years work experience in JOEM.
  • Experience in quality method in quality area and shop floor area.
  • Knowledge of core tools, IQIS16949, Why-Why Analysis, 8D.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Customer oriented mindset.
  • Able to travelling and support at customer plant.
