Branch Manager - Educational Services (Based Chaing Mai)
Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the sales performance and planning annual budgets.
  • Driving business following the branch’s targets, and monitoring branch activities.
  • Developing sales and marketing strategies and maintaining or improving customer’s satisfaction.
  • Conducting staff training and providing guidelines and information to staff regarding the completion of tasks.
  • Ensuring the working environment complies with health and safety legislation.
  • Working closely with head offices abroad and head office in Thailand.
  • Dealing with Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding any visa issues.
  • Professionally solving problems and complaints and preparing solutions for each issue.
Qualifications:
  • Thai nationality, aged above 32 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
  • Experienced in Sales and Marketing management in the services industry – International educational services will be an advantage.
  • Experienced in supervising a team with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Very good English communication skills.
  • Sales-driven, decisive and confident, with leadership skills.
