GSA Supervisor/หัวหน้างานพนักงานต้อนรับ
  • The ability to assist, train and supervise staff in the performance of their duties; conduct performance appraisals, shift briefing and discipline employees.
  • The ability to schedule all GSA, Bellman and Driver, Reservation to ensure maximum guest satisfaction with in budgeted guidelines. 
  • The ability to know what activities are in the city.
  • The ability to perform all reasonable services a guest may require, anticipate guest requests and requirements in order to satisfy them efficiently and promptly.
  • The ability to ensure the proper handling of guest message, mail, faxes, packages, flower, etc.
  • The ability to work closely with Bellman and Driver to ensure the smooth handing of guests and patron vehicles and the efficient handling of guest luggage.
  • The ability to work closely with the GSA in the handling of group, VIPS, return guests, etc. Establish rapport with frequent visitors; keeps Reservation and GSA well-informed about guests’ preferences.
  • The ability to work closely with Housekeeping to rectify problems in guest room.
  • The ability to resolve guest complaints in conjunction with GSA SUP, Housekeeping management well-informed as to the problems and actions taken.
  • The ability to maintain the concierge and storage areas in an orderly manner; Bellman and Driver in the maintenance of the front entrance and lobby.
