Operations Manager Thailand /ผู้จัดการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Organize, direct and control the Booking Department, the Contract Department.
  • Oversee the selection of Tour guides. 
  • Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the office by working closely with each staff
  • Organize regular and systematic end-of-the-month team Meeting and weekly one-to-one reviews
  • Ensure the systematic and regular implementation and use of ASEV procedures in office. 
  • Manage the selection of suppliers, in order to match customers’ needs.
  • Negotiate the best price with each supplier.
  • Control the quality of services. 
  • Advise Sales team about itineraries according to clients’ profile
  • Manage the development of new products
  • Overview all employees at the office


Qualifications & Experience: 

  • 4 - 5 years of Tourism experience with international travel market (French Market is a must)
  • Good Computer skills; mastering of Microsoft Office and EXCEL
  • English and French: speaking, writing & reading skills (both languages are a must)
  • Good knowledge of the European Travelling Market
  • Based in Chiang Mai - no relocation allowance is offered
