Marketing Communications Manager/ผู้จัดการฝ่ายสื่อสารการตลาด

Summary of Role & Responsibilities:


  • Develops a public relations program for the hotel based on its marketing goals.


  • Liaises with Marketing in targeting specific markets and developing public relations strategies to reach these markets


  • Develops media contacts, plans press conferences and other press activities.


  • Acts as hotel’s liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity.


  •  Develops and organizes promotional activities, coordinates with departments concerned; invites VIPs and media to promotional activities; prepares and issues press releases


  • Disseminates corporate press releases to appropriate local trade and consumer media


  •  Establishes a program for sending promotional news to trade publications on a regular basis releases covering special events, promotions, etc.


  • Prepares promotional press releases on personalities among guests and employees of the hotel and on newsworthy events in the hotel


  • Accepts clients and media complaints, requests, and inquiries and coordinates handling with departments concerned


  • Builds profile within the local market place through attendance at various events and local market place


  • Monitors awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies


  • Plans and coordinates sponsorship activities


  • Coordinates media visitation programs, coordinates advertising plans, collateral development and presents results and achievements to key stakeholders.


  • Grows the equity of the Hotel and the brand through all communications, product and partnerships and uses the provided tools to drive revenue for rooms and all hotel outlets and services.



Key Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in marketing communications from the hotel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field
  • Be creative and innovative, open-minded ,excited by cultural and professional diversity.
  • Conveying information and ideas through a variety of media; engaging the audience and helping them understand and retain the message.
  • Understand issues, problems, and opportunities; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing solutions
  • Be results focused and be able to implement activities to drive revenue.
  • Be very proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Fluent in English and Thai communications.
  • Thai nationality only
