Human Resources Officer/เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Job:

  • Prepare HR documents and others  upon assignment.
  • Handle and proceed HR documents as assigned
  • Issue purchase request for HR department.
  • Coordinate with team and other departments for HR concern.    
  • Assist Senior HR Staff to preparing documents for visa and work permit extension.
  • Coordinate with Foundation Manager and Foundation Coordinator on any activities which is concern to Company and all Employees.
  • Support other functions and be responsible for other relevant HR tasks as assigned.  

Employee Relations & Welfare:

  • Arrange and update the information on Internal Notice Board.
  • Prepare all notices concern employee communication.
  • Organise and manage on employee locker matter.
  • Coordinate for Shuttle bus matter.
  • Coordinate with Staff Welfare matter.

 Recruitment and New Hiring:

  • Update job vacancy and advertise through channels according to guideline.     
  • Screen, pre-interview applicants applied in entry level.
  • Make interview appointment as assigned.
  • Arrange interview meeting room.
  • Check candidate reference as assigned.
  • Prepare recruitment and pre-employment process upon assignment.
  • Prepare new staff working equipment such as name badges, uniforms, locker, email and IT user, ect.
  • Reserve Air Ticket and accommodation in regarding to selection and hiring process.
  • Prepare and follow up on new hiring documents with new staff.
  • Arrange finger scan for new staff and coordinate with HR staff for WebTime.

 Performance Appraisal:

  • Be responsible for Probation Evaluation process (60 days/ 90 days) and ensure all are completed within timeline.
  • Assist on Annual Performance Appraisal administration
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Age 22+ years with 0-2 years working experience in HR or Administration.
  • Degree or other relevant qualification in any field.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Thorough and pays attention to detail.
  • Computer literate in all office applications.
