Managed Services Engineer (IT Field Based) /วิศวกรโครงสร้างระบบไอที (ประจำเชียงใหม่)

Managed Service Engineer (IT Field Based) is responsible for providing 1st & 2nd tier in ALL IT Solution support to customers with Design and Consulting experience. Installing and configuring servers and storage hardware (HP, Dell, IBM), Virtualization system (Vmware, HyperV), Backup system (Symantec Backup Exec, Veeam, Acronis, Storage Craft), Network system (Cisco, 3COM, HP, Mikrotik, Fotigate, Juniper, Cyberoam, Watchguard, Zyxell, Ligowave) including maintain peripheral devices such as server, PC and network devices.

Location: Aware Chiang Mai Office

Job Description

  • Maintain IT infrastructure of external customer environments, Physical and virtualization platform.
  • Provide, configure, upgrade and secure hardware and operating systems for physical and virtual.
  • Ensure the continued availability of Customer IT infrastructure, and critical data by scheduling regular backups, monitor their execution and restoring data on demand.
  • Support after sale service, duties shall be performed both in-office (remote to customer site) and onsite at local customer offices.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • 2+ Years Experiences in working as Managed Service Engineer, Service Desk, Help Desk, or System Administrator.
  • Practical, day to day management of a large number of physical and virtual servers in an Enterprise environment.
  • Experience in set up and maintenance of Enterprise-grade server, storage hardware and Network Devices.
  • Knowledge in Operating Systems: Windows Server and Windows workstation.
  • Knowledge in Windows Active Directory, System Administration.
  • Knowledge in Virtualization Software: VMWare or Hyper-V.
  • Knowledge in any Enterprise backup solutions.
  • Able to communication and willing to be trained in English
