Community Impact Manager

Our client provides service-learning and cross-cultural travel programs

Work Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand 

Artemis is now seeking for a Community Impact Manager with at least 2-3 years of working experience.


  • Develop and Manage Community partnerships and projects supported by community service programming in line with global guidelines.
  • Develop medium and long term service plans through needs assessments and extensive engagement with community partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Country Director and Program Manager to coordinate logistics for student programs and provide training and support on best practice.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of projects and regular site visits. Summit quarterly reports on projects and sustainability.
  • Provide regular project updates to variety of audiences.
  • Develop material to support student learning and program leader training.
  • Establish new partnerships and support growth of programing in the country.
  • Implement sustainable and responsible travel initiates to achieve annual performance target and ensure adherence to global policies at the country level.
  • Manage projects funded by company foundation, including collaborating with partners on proposals and overseeing implementation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the global term of Community Impact Managers to support global initiatives and projects assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

 Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 – 3 years of work experience in community development with communities specifically in their country of hire (Thailand).
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, specialization context, other appropriate education or work experience accepted.
  • Valid driver’s license in the country of hire.
  • Fluency in the country of hire highly preferable
  • Excellence verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strong time management, budgeting, and organization skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in fast paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel required.
