About the role

Chiang Mai Yoga Retreat Center is looking for a freelance Social Media Manager to grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This is a part-time, ongoing freelance role paid as a monthly retainer.

Key responsibilities

  • Post 4–5x per week total: IG and FB can share the same content (counted as one post); TikTok content must be format-specific (edited/tailored for TikTok, not just reposted)
  • On-site filming visits as needed to maintain posting schedule (minimum 2x/month), must be based in or near Chiang Mai
  • Write captions, hashtags, and manage basic community engagement (replies, DMs, comments)
  • Track post performance and suggest content improvements based on analytics

About you

  • Based in Chiang Mai
  • Proven experience managing social accounts, ideally for a business/brand
  • Comfortable filming and editing short-form video (Reels/TikTok style)
  • Strong sense of visual style and trends across IG/FB/TikTok
  • Fluent in written English (posts will be made in English)
