Location: BTS - Sala Daeng / MRT -Silom

Job Description:

• Managed the Mechanical Department, including team management and overall construction site operations.

• Supervised machinery installation, factory facilities, buildings, safety, and quality control.

• Managed project progress, schedules, site documentation, and weekly reports, and provided updates to management.

• Coordinated with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepared cost estimates, managed variation works, and controlled overall construction costs.

• Negotiated prices and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize project costs.

• Ensured construction activities complied with company policies, safety and quality standards, and relevant regulations.

• Supervised, trained, and developed subordinates to improve teamwork and technical skills.

Requirement:
MUST

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• A strong background in mechanical engineering with extensive hands-on experience

• License level 2 (Mechanical field)

• Working experience in general contractor or subcontractor

• Driver’s license

• English (Able to use for work)

• Able to use Auto CAD

GOOD TO HAVE

• Working experience in Japanese general contractor or subcontractor

• Experience of attending safety-related training

• Management experience

Additional Information

Salary: Depends on working experience & skills

Working days: Monday – Saturday (8.00AM – 17:00 PM) *Saturday will be day off if construction will not be carried out
