Role & Responsibility

  • Assess and evaluate insurance claims, with a focus on medical-related cases

  • Analyze medical records, treatment plans, and other documentation to determine the validity and appropriate levels of claims

  • Fax claim service

  • Investigate in case suspect fraud / pre-existing

  • Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to gather information and make informed decisions

  • Provide expert recommendations and guidance on claim outcomes to management

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of claim assessment policies and procedures


    • Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Health Science or related fields

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Claim Assessor or related fields

  • Proven experience in insurance claims assessment, preferably in the life insurance or health insurance sectors

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make objective and well-informed decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality, accurate assessment
