Manager - Statutory Reporting, Tax and Compliance
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company. They are looking for a Senior Manager – Statutory Reporting and Tax (Finance and Accounting Manager).

Responsibilities
  • Focusing on strategic planning, developing team and working efficiency and internal control & compliance.
  • Reviewing a month-end closing, balance sheet, tax, bank account and treasury to ensure in compliance with tax regulation, BOI regulation, the Bank of Thailand regulation, Local GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, accounting policy and delegation of authority.  Moreover, this role is essential for being power users of SAP and VIM.
  • Being responsible for the finance and accounting operations of CO2 plant, On-Going Projects, CAPEX, Installation, System Support.
Qualifications
  • CPD.
  • Minimum of 10 years working experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 5 years in management level.
  • Working experience in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Experienced in statutory reporting, tax, consolidation.
  • Experienced in Finance and Accounting process improvement and strategy.
  • Working experience in a multinational company especially in US Company.
  • Good understanding of Local and US GAAP.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • At least 32 years old or above.
  • Employee Engagement, candidates who did not often change their job in the last 5 years.
