Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare invoices in accordance with Firm billing policies and guidelines, as well as Clients' guidelines.
  • This is included WIP (work-in-progress) management, bill drafting, bill amendment, and bill finalization using the SAP system.
  • Ensure completeness of assigned tasks and work responsibilities, with limited or minimal supervision, in order to meet agreed objectives.
  • Resolve problematic issues relating to billing and ensure consideration of impact of the recommendations when making decisions or resolutions.
  • Update client billing information, instructions and requirements necessary in processing invoices to the Client Database Coordinator)
  • Reviewing Revenue & Billing accuracy
  • Cost Controlling and allocating the cost to the right business/plant/customer
  • Preparing P&L and any other financial reports to support/advise to business operation
  • Preparing Monthly Financial Forecast
  • Financial Strategic Planning and Budgeting
  • Monthly and fiscal year-end close processes,
  • Check the accuracy and timing of Monthly Reports.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting , Engineering, Logistics or related field
  • At least 5 years experienced inTransportation Management (3PL business will be preferred)
  • Financial experience at management level 5 years
  • Experienced in planning, budgeting and managing a 3PL
  • Good command of English skill.
  • Computer literacy /Excel .
  • Work well under pressure situation with matured characteristics.
