Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:

The Logistics Manager will be reporting to the General Manager with key responsibilities as follows:
  • Managing the day to day activities of the automotive manufacturing’s operations in relation to logistics matters.
  • Acting as a liaison for customers and ensuring operations run smoothly and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with related departments & providing supports in relation to customer issues.
  • Solving customer problems which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers in order to promote cross-selling opportunities with existing clientele.
  • Analysing & summarising various information, including pro improvements for customer services.
  • Reporting on the progress of projects and results, and expenses, and, providing associated recommendations to related parties.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or higher in any field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Logistics in automotive manufacturing will be an advantage.
  • Has knowledge in ocean import processes or freight forwarding will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and service-minded.
  • Good command of English (TOEIC score 700).
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel formulas (pivot, V lookup) and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with SAP will be an advantage.
