About the role

This role involves coordinating between procurement and warehouse departments on import schedules to plan timely product delivery, coordinating with procurement and customer service for external transportation, and planning optimal warehouse intake based on usage volumes or forecasts. You will plan and produce sufficient inventory for each warehouse, adjust production plans for urgent orders, verify packaging and dilution reports for on-time delivery, transfer products between warehouses as needed, and plan and control warehouse and transport staff operations while developing the team. You will also review various reports, track statistical data collection for production planning, verify and summarize monthly/quarterly/annual production planning reports, and review and improve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production plans.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate between procurement and warehouse departments on import schedules for delivery planning

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Chemistry, Science, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning

• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure

• Proficiency in basic MS Office programs

• Attention to detail and continuous commitment to learning

• Able to commute to Pluak Daeng warehouse, Mabangprom, Soi 14
