HR Representative

Responsibilities

  • Researching and recommending new sources to support the recruitment of active and passive candidates.
  • Reviewing applicants to evaluate their qualifications and whether they meet position requirements.
  • Coordinating with other department heads in order to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Building networks to find qualified candidates by attending conferences, job fairs, seminars, campus recruitment etc.
  • Building quality relationships with internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
  • Responsible for Payroll, Time attendance, analysis of payroll data, tax calculation, reporting and payment of payroll tax, issue payment and report to employees and issue payment to third parties such as fund manager, revenue department, social security office.
  • Control and payroll implementation process to handles the problem occurs and review and analyst the movement, transactions, time attendance and all related record for payroll processing
  • Work with external payroll vendor in ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of payroll data
  • Monitor and ensure proper documentation of staff benefit payments
  • Ensure a timeliness & completeness of relevant government reports such as Social Security, Workmen Compensation and others.
  • Gathering global software requirements and mapping with the local payroll processing.
  • Update and maintain HR database, and other HRIS files for all staff both Thai and international staff.
  • Monitoring staff leave and attendance record, summarizing and prepare monthly report.
  • Support all HR duties, HR projects as assigned.
  • Follow up communication rule
  • Support all activities related in GA ER function

Qualifications:

  • Age 27-30 years
  • Young and height energetic
  • Good initiative to implement HR project as assigned
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources or any related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in General affair and HR Services functions
  • Good command in English and computer literacy
  • Detail-oriented, logical, presentable and good in public speaking
