Environmental Supervisor
Accountability:
  • To monitor, advice the plant of requirement for waste, air pollution, and water pollution standards.
  • To prepare and submit government mandated reports to appropriate government agency.
  • To keep the company informed of new and upcoming environment regulations.
  • To monitor and assessing the performance of the waste water treatment plant and provide recommendation for other maintenance and improvements.
  • Communication relevant issues to other department, regulatory authorities and the public.
  • Maintain ISO 14001 Environmental management system.
  • Establish & maintain waste management system on site.
  • Implement environmental aspect of the workplace, present to employer and stipulate regulation on environmental to prevent and reduce pollution.
  • Waste Water treatment plant operation control to compliance the standard of IEAT, DIW and SPBT Standard.
  • Train employees, contractors and the 3rd party person environmental comply with company standard.
  • Establish and monitor hazardous and non-hazardous waste is being disposed in accordance with laws and regulations.
  • Educate and coach all levels of employees on HSE topics and their responsibilities.
  • Facilitate a culture that promotes correct environmental focus as a way of business.
  • Institutionalize HSE activities as necessary elements of the business.
  • Manage HSE-related records Interface with regulatory agencies during inspection and enforcement activities.
  • Demonstrate work procedures.
Qualification and Experience:
  • B.S. Environmental Engineering, Environment Science from the university.
  • At least 3 Years’ experience in Environmental management system in industrial field and experience etc.
  • Have experience of WWT operation system both aerobic and anaerobic system.
  • Have the license of industrial waste and waste water controller from the government.
  • Able to stay focused on goals and responsibilities with good working, attitude and moral character.
  • Moderate communication in English.
  • Good computer literature in Microsoft office.
