Who are we looking for :

The HRBP who works with leadership teams to drive business performance through effective people strategies, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Partnering

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.

• Provide HR insights and recommendations on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent needs.

• Support business transformation, restructuring, and change management initiatives.

2. People Development , Talent Management & Succession Planning

• Analize L&D needs, set up & follow up the Plan

• Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.

• Support leadership capability building and career development programs.

3. Performance Management

• Facilitate performance management cycles

• Ensure performance practices are consistent and aligned with standards.

4. HR Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

• Manage HR risks and governance requirements.

• Support audits and policy implementation.

5. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze workforce metrics, turnover, engagement, and talent data.

• Provide recommendations based on HR analytics.

• Monitor key HR KPIs and workforce trends.

6. Others : Employer Branding & Engagement 

Qualifications :

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years in progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles supporting both manufacturing and commercial functions.

• Strong expertise in labor law compliance, talent management, organizational development, and change management.

• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms; SAP experience is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success working in a multinational and culturally diverse environment.

• A very good English communication skill.
