Marketing and Communications Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Creating and implementing plans to increase market share.
  • Overseeing market data analysis and evaluation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from Creative, IT and Production to Product Marketing and Legal – to produce effective promotional materials.
  • Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions.
  • Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines.
  • Managing planning, strategy and goal setting.
  • Developing brand awareness and online reputation.
  • Content management (including website).
  • SEO (search engine optimization) and the generation of inbound traffic.
  • Cultivation of leads and sales.
  • Reputation management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Experience of marketing in manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in developing content and managing social media platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience leveraging social media management and analytic tools.
  • A creative and innovative individual, with a strong curiosity for customer behavior.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work using own initiative.
  • Good command of both English and Thai and very strong communication skills in general.
