Job Summary:

Delta Electronics (Thailand) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QS/QA PM to join our CPBG business group at the Wellgrow Plant. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and eager to learn about quality assurance in a high-tech manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the QS/QA Engineer to support quality activities, documentation, and cross-language communication with Chinese-speaking teams and suppliers.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist QS/QA Engineer with quality documentation, records, and reporting.


Translate technical documents and communications between Chinese and Thai/English as needed.


Support inspection processes by preparing checklists, reports, and data summaries.


Coordinate with internal teams and Chinese-speaking suppliers or customers to support QA-related tasks.


Help track non-conformance reports (NCR) and follow up on corrective actions.


Learn and apply basic quality tools and systems under supervision.


Participate in internal meetings and training related to quality systems and standards.
