Store & Inventory Deputy Manager

Job Responsibilities


  • Examine the level of suppliers and raw material and determine shortages.
  • Document daily deliveries and shipment to update inventory.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels and adjustments.
  • Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment.
  • Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
  • Receiving the material as per P.O. (Purchase Order)
  • To verify all Incoming Materials Quantity and to store them location wise with proper tagging.
  • Issuance of  Materials Project wise & maintain issue record in software system.
  • To Control the Excess Inventory.
  • To Maintain & ensure the material issuance as per the principles of  LIFO & FIFO system.
  • To Maintain data of (BOP, Raw material & Consumable items ) in ERP system.
  • Looking after all Stores activity (receiving and issue), monitoring the stock as per requirement by doing monthly stock verification.
  • Submitting weekly & monthly report of stocks to all concerned deptt regarding the inventory of material.
  • To Monitor the Consumption trends for Raw Material & Consumable items.
  • To take quick action on rejected raw material.
  • To ensure overall safe handling, safe storage, preservation of all incoming materials.
  • To ensure monthly material consumption report.
  • Material reconciliation,
  • Maintaining MRR & RGP and NRGP etc.
  • Maintaining MIN/MAX/REORDER level of critical components
  • Material requirement planning for daily & monthly bases.
  • Coordination with purchase, production and Quality department. Verify and check all stores related data.
  • Plant improvement activity like 6S, Kaizen.
  • Preparing MIS for management covering excess supplies, supply deficiencies, and stock position.
  • Dead stock materials, information to be shared with the management on time.

BOI & Import & Export

  • Liaise and work closely with the BOI in application of privilege for the company in order to get the privilege under the BOI structure.
  • Managing BOI privileges in terms of new or changing products, manufacturing product formulas, changing factory locations and machine capacities.
  • Managing the rights and privileges of raw materials with BOI in terms of formula, stock issues and import duty refunds including raw material VAT
  • Managing raw material stock cutting and handling any issues with the Export Department.
  • Managing required documents to submit to BOI and customers.
  • Liaising with BOI officers and external legal officers on any related matters.
  • Handling all aspects of BOI processes.
  • Work & liaise closely with all freight forwarders, express couriers service, etc…in order to have a better service at all times as well as cost comparison in freight charges with recommendation for consideration & approval.
  • Control Import/Export entry and follow up shipping schedule.
  • Weekly, monthly report and documentation control if any required by customs department & related function
  • Carry out all related works as assigned by superiors


  • Bachelor or Mater Degree in Industrial Management, Science ,Logistic & Supply chain, Business Admin or any related field
  • At least 7 years in Management experience of practical Supply Chain/Store&Inventory/BOI experience
  • Knowledgeable/experiences in MRP system
  • Good communication skills in English
  • 6 working day (Mon-Sat)
