HR & Admin Manager /ผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล

REPORT TO :  Thailand General Manager / Group HR Head quarter



  • Manage all task & activities in Human Resources and Administration Department,
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to achieve corporate/business objectives including compliance with labor laws & regulations and corporate policy.
  • Due the calculation payroll monthly to employees overtimes, allowance and submit report to government
  • All process recruitment and interview
  • The process of providing employment letter and orientation program
  • Manage the time attendance the whole system and record
  • Organize Training programs and corporate with Department Managers to develop career path to all employees
  • Manage HR & Admin to achieved KPI and conclusion, summarize all Manager KPI for Director to due evaluation end of the year
  • Manage the insurance of company truck, trailer, car, carrier liability, warehouse, building, internet and other agreement for renew or revise, claim and refund process
  • Manage for process to renew road tax, GPS record all Thailand truck, trailer at Songkla Land transport
  • Handle the permit in Thailand IEA, TRANSPORT,GMS, CBT, QMARK, ISO 9001:2008
  • Handle VISA, WORK-PERMIT for management from head quarter
  • Handle the Company Affidavit only TNTT, TNTH, TWTT
  • Manage and control messenger job and driver to support other department
  • Manage and control security and housekeeping
  • Handle HR & Admin proposal project when requested
  • Other tasks and projects may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior
  • PURCHASING Monitor subordinate to manage & control purchasing all process
  • MIS Monitor subordinate manage & control MIS all process
  • SAFETY Manage and monitor safety part and submit report to government every month
  • MAINTENANCE & FACILITY Manage and control all of building maintenance & repair
  • ISO Be QMR Manage and control all of ISO systems
  • OPERATION JOB Handle and monitor process of changing tires of truck & trailer of TNTH Padang and other car


  • Dealing with bank the whole process negotiation best loan rating to support plan to buying new truck or trailer including document and contract
  • Finding the best buyer for process to selling old truck & trailer including all document till the end
  • Other tasks and projects may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior


    • Bachelor / Master degree in Human resource or Administration field
    • Must be at least 7 years related working experience in HR & Admin function
    • Able to communicate in English or Mandarin language
    • Must be at least 5 years related working experience in Supervisor or Leader level
    • Familiar with Thai Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541
    • Computer literate (MS Office, Power point, Payroll software program)
    • Knowledge in ISO 9001:2000
    • Good presentation and negotiate skills
