Lead Human Resource & General Affair Specialist (3 Positions)
Lead Compensation & Benefit Specialist (1 Position)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals.
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.).
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on compensation and benefits
  • Record and check account number of employees before deposit.
  • Advise on salary increase requests.
  • Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.
  • Develop job descriptions for various positions and determine appropriate base pay.
  • Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports.
Lead Training & Development Specialist (1 Position)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers.
  • Planning, directing and delivering training and development programs including staff inductions, to accomplish the organization’s goals.
  • Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
  • Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization.
  • Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets.
  • Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programmed
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
  • Conduct appraisals employees and training and development programs
  • Manage the delivery of training and development programs
  • Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research
  • Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees or customers.
  • Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
  • Designing and implementing appropriate e-learning strategies.
Lead General Affair Specialist (1 Position)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all day-to-day management of the administrative office of general services.
  • Improve the company's general affairs work related SOP, check and supervise the execution of the measures for the administration.
  • Organize employee activities, vehicle management, stationery management, dormitory management, health management, and other related work, to ensure that the logistics.
  • Organize the visitor reception and related outreach efforts;
  • Actively complete other tasks which from boss.
  • Logistical support for factory operation.
  • Monitor, consult, control and lead GA task
  • Ensure all GA task and function are cover and provide to employees
  • Manage Administration tasks to facilitate employees.
  • Perform all necessary tasks to ensure proper and timely especially company utilization such as office equipment, transport vehicle and service, canteen, maid, security guard, garden, furniture, toilet and maintenance.
  • Manage Service for canteen, guest, visitor and customer.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master in HRM, Public or Business Administration, general law or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Compensation and Benefits./ Previous experience with organizational psychology and labor market surveys./ Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems./ Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels./ Familiar with manufacturing and labor legislation. (Compensation & Benefit experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a human resources or related position./ Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques./ Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences./ Problem-solving skills, Team player and good interpersonal and communication skills./ Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping (Training & Development experience)
  • Minimum 5 years in General Affairs or Administration function./ Monitor, control, improve GA task and budget./ Design and monitor GA roll both of internal and outsource./ Issue GA policy and procedure. (General Affair experience)
  • A strong sense of responsibility, proactive.
  • Carefully, organized in working.
  • Able to work in new plant set up
