Office Assistant (1 Position - Urgent!) - Prachinburi

Location of working : Kabinburi Industrial Zone, Prachinburi

Main tasks:

  • Management of office matters all over the plant
  • Managing of meeting rooms and organizing meeting environment
  • Responsible for handling all office material for all departments for ensuring the availability of needed office supplies (e.g. coffee, tea, water, toilet paper, hand paper, cleaning supplies, ….)
  • Organization and coordination of reservations for guests
  • Translation works for the executive management and different departments
  • Translator / Interpreter for the daily business of the executive management
  • Self-dependent carrying out of work for the executive management like correspondence in Thai, English
  • Preparation statistics and Board Meeting Documents on demand of the executive management
  • Preparation of Purchase Orders on demand of executive management and purchasing
  • Guest Hosting
  • General correspondences requested by the executive management and heads of department
  • Correspondence with official authorities in document matters in line with the demand of the management

Professional requirement (hard skills):

  • Advanced (reading and writing) language knowledge in English
  • Assistant skills
  • Experience in office organization
  • Windows and MS Office skill is necessary (e.g. Excel, Word, Power point, …)
  • Training as a translator would be an advantage

Individual requirement (soft skills):

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Communication skills
  • Organization skills
  • Good Personality
  • Independent work in coordination with the head of department and the board
  • Team player with strong service skills
  • Flexibility
  • Open minded and flexibility for varied jobs
