Quality Manager (5 Positions)

Account Quality Management Manager (AQM) Job Responsibilities :

  • Interface between factory and customer for any field quality issue and be the leader between all departments to solve any field quality issue.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the customer quality review and audit activities in factory side.
  • Interface between factory and customer for any manufacturing quality related issue.
  • Drive to improve the product quality and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) quality performance continuously.
  • Department daily work management, be able to lead/Push to a team to accomplish the improvement project.

Quality Engineer Manager (QE) Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead and judgment for new product SVT stage.
  • Shipping judgment and risk assessment for quality issue at MP stage.
  • Lead internal failure-analysis for field quality issue and countermeasure-verification.
  • Department daily work management, lead team to meet organizational requirements and KPI tasks.

Panel Quality Management Manager (PQM) Job Responsibilities :

  • Open Cell / Out Sourcing Panel Supplier Management, Improving panel quality.
  • Panel Foundry Management.
  • Panel FRR Data Statistic Analysis and Quality Improvement.
  • Review of the Improvement and Improvement of the Validation Method for New Technology or Applications of Panel, Ensuring Panel Reliability Quality.

Supplier Quality Assurance Manager (SQA) Job Responsibilities :

  • Supplier quality management and improvement, including periodic quality review and coaching, annual audit, driving for continuous quality system improvement to existing suppliers to reach quality target.
  • Initiate the compensation for quality loss under the terms of the quality agreement.
  • Participate supplier QBR meeting and provide quality input.
  • Department daily work management, lead team to meet organizational requirements and KPI tasks.

Outgoing Quality Assurance Manager (OQA) Job Responsibilities :

  • Statistic and analyze finish goods (including CKD/SKD) and LCM quality situation and trend.
  • Judge and follow quality issue which happened in production line and OQA, improve out-going quality level.
  • Establishing, reviewing, revising and periodically auditing on management system documents.
  • Be responsible for organizing all departments to do internal and external audit on management systems, tracking detected non-conformity.
  • Department daily work management. Be able to lead/Push to a team to accomplish the improvement project.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Quality management, Engineering or related fields.
  • Over 5 years’ experience in quality process (incoming, in process, outgoing, customer, supplier quality fields.)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in management level.
  • Able to speaking, reading in Chinese (Special considering) 
  • Strong in ISO standard requirement set up.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, lead team to meet organizational requirements and KPI tasks.
  • Fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Able to work in New Plant Set up (Prachinburi Plant).
  • Able to work in 304IP (Prachinburi)
