Project Engineer (Oil , Gas ,offshore ,Fabrication,budget preparation and control)

Responsibilities:

  • AExecution budget preparation and control
     Responsible for planning/ coordinating the project under supervision of Project Manager
     Review and approval of CWP/ WI and related documents
     Preparation and Implementation procedure
     Manage resources utilization including materials, tools, equipment, subcontractor and vendor
     Manage the implement approved HSE plan
     Perform estimation and submit proposal
     Responsible for planning/ Project coordination
     Responsible for preparing execution plan and coordination with procurement
     Generate lesson learn and close out report after project completion
     Preparation of work scope for RFQ of subcontractor
     Implement work time schedule as per approved Work Pack
    Qualifications:
     Bachelor degree of Engineering
     Good command of written and spoken English
     At least 5 years experience for Oil and Gas Industry. As Project Engineer
     Expert offshore working
