Chief Finance & Accounting Based at Krabi
Our client is a well-known company in the hospitality industry in Krabi. Currently, they are looking for a person who is talented and has experience in sales to join the team.  

Job Description:
  • Representing the finance department on the daily department heads meeting with the general manager.
  • Managing all phases of Accounts Payable, Receivable, and department budget.
  • Verifying the recorded transactions and report irregularities to management.
  • Reviewing all ledger details guest ledger, city ledger, and deposit ledgers to validate proper payment and revenue posting.
  • Ensuring correct taxation is applied to all billing software.
  • Ensuring that all statutory details (PAN, TAX NO, Company Registration no.) are displayed on the guest invoices and bills.
  • Following up on any accounts within 3 days to ensure the customer has received the invoice and does not have any questions.
  • Reviewing the Accounts Receivable (A/R) Ageing reports on a daily basis.
  • Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow.
  • Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required.
  • Approving all Travel Agent commissions and releasing payments after verification.
Qualifications:
  • Male/Female, age  35 - 45 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Hospitality.
  • Experienced in budgeting and forecasting and closing accounts (CPD license).
  • Can use the Commanche program.
