(Sales executive (Electronic & IoT products))

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather and deliver customer requirements for demonstration of software/hardware solutions at customer location, while engaging customer stakeholders.
  • Engage daily with a variety of customers across industries to discover and understand their challenges.
  • Provide feedback to team on what works and what doesn’t about new products.
  • Work on a small, focused cross functional team in the areas of project management and Engineering to grow new business.
  • Evaluates competitive information, offerings and customer perspectives.
  • Create and maintain relationship with customers and partners.
  • Pre and post-sales customer management.
  • Supports a sales strategy to increase market share.
  • Other assigned tasks from head of sales.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
  • At least 1-year experience in this field.
  • Passionate and proud to be part of technology and product design company own by Thai people who work as global culture and system.
  • Interest in Internet-of-things and technology in general
  • Based in Bangkok with some customer visit in Thailand is required.
  • Excellent presentation, good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ablily to work independently and as a team.
  • Friendly and enthusiastic personality.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages are an asset and will be put on good use.

 

(Product design engineer)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drawing, prototyping, analyzing for launching new product
  • Be given ownership over the mechanical design of specific parts or modules within the product and will be responsible for the analysis, assembly, and reliability of these parts.
  • Intregating mechanical parts with electronics devices to be given IoT products.
  • Provide guidance on design revisions to support ease of manufacturing
  • Optimize design for cost and manufacturability

QUALIFICATION:

  • Male/Female not over 30 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics engineering
  • 0-2 years-experience
  • Wide knowledge of basic engineering materials and manufacturing processes
  • Creative problem solving, with experience in failure analysis, root cause investigation, and DOE creation
  • Must be hands on with a good mechanical intuition
  • Have experience to use Solidwork or Autodesk fusion 360
  • Computer literacy (365Office, Google Suite, and Internet)
  • Good commitment, Cooperative and energetic
  • Able to work under pressure and various job assignment from management

 

(Accounting & BOI)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting

  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
  • Responsible calculate VAT/land using tax/property tax /stamp tax/other withholding tax.
  • Review the accuracy of the payment documents, the calculation and approval, as well as verify the accuracy with the rules and regulations related to the company.
  • Record of accounting entry for purchasing.
  • Make a credit note for supervisors to review and approve.
  • Prepare report of accrued payable at the end of month to the supervisor.
  • Prepare a monthly report of the account payable analysis to the supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data.
  • Prepare domestic sales invoice and record of accounting entry.
  • Record of accounting entry about repayment from receivable.
  • Prepare a monthly report of the account receivable analysis.
  • Receive and record assets into fixed asset register.
  • Participates in Fixed Asset Counting according to the company policy.
  • Store data for expenses divided by the project in the monthly budgeting period.
  • Monitor and support taxation requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external agencies.
  • Support and work with other relevant agencies.
  • Calculates the depreciation in each fixed asset and the profit and loss on disposal of fixed assets.
  • Prepare summary report of monthly expenses such as water bills, electricity bills, telephone bills or fuel bills.
  • Work in team for the monthly and yearly closing/ quarterly and annual audit.

BOI

  • Coordinating and Processing to all application and document of BOI and Customs under shipping control and forwarders.
  • Collaborating with consultant to maximize the privilege to fit-in the company business.
  • Receiving report scraps and return to export, landfill, Sales Domestic with adjust maximum stock.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Female not over 30 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 1-year experience
  • Can use Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and processing strong initiative
  • Good commitment, Cooperative and energetic
  • Understanding of finance and accounting theory, if have experience with BOI taxation is preferred

 

(Procurement & Logistic) 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Procurement

  • Sourcing information of requisition/purchased items in localize and domestic (Related with Industrial, Automotive, Electronic parts)
  • Manage supplier's performance to achieve required quality and on-time delivery
  • Coordinate about negotiating with suppliers and handle assessment, Request for quotation from supplier and evaluation supplier performance
  • Implement and manage cost savings ideas and develop and maintain professional relationships with all supplier and prepare purchasing report to supervisor
  • Make confident and minimize risk for entering contract agreement including preparation of draft contract, general term and purchasing agreement with suppliers.
  • Monitor all purchase requisition to determine correctness and request for proposals and quotations, negotiations price for maximum benefit
  • Analyst price comparison, reasonable price adjustment, vendor selection and risk.
  • Negotiate conflicting issues across business segments, areas, functions and external counterparts.
  • Entry procurement records such as those relating to items or services purchased, cost, delivery, product quality or performance
  • Management all supplier contracts, agreement and assist to administer best pricing strategies for all purchase and control supplier evaluation and recruiting qualified vendors

Logistic

  • Coordinate with oversea for shipment arrangement for both import and export.
  • Process transportation to be proper in term of cost and in-time delivery
  • Coordinate with oversea for shipment arrangement for both import and export.
  • Verifying shipping documents. HS code and import & export permitted document.
  • Coordinate with shipping for customs clearance process and warehouse for loading export cargo and unloading import cargo.
  • Follow up import & export shipment.
  • Prepare product cost sheet and control the suppliers to process billing on-time.
  • Process claim with insurance company and other parties.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Possess strong data and analytical skills
  • Proactive and thorough personality
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good skill in communication, strong negotiation and report preparation.
  • Good in English language skill and can be work well under pressure job
  • Good in Chinese Mandarin skill is a plus.
