Be responsible for making calls to overseas customers, introducing projects, inviting customers, collecting customer intention application forms, receiving customers, signing contracts, and maintaining customer relationships.

Assist the Overseas Investment Promotion Director in investment promotion work and complete the tasks and indicators assigned by the company.

Be familiar with the overseas investment promotion system and the company’s investment promotion business; complete a fixed number of calls per day, and be responsible for customer reception, system explanation, and investment promotion consultation.

Be responsible for following up, communicating and negotiating with intended customers, assisting in contract signing, development and placement, and franchise cost collection.

Complete the training tasks assigned by the headquarters, assist the Overseas Investment Promotion Director in collecting data on competitors’ policies and market conditions, and negotiate with potential customers.

Timely handle customer complaints, maintain good customer relationships, and promptly feedback customer questions and inquiries.

Complete the required daily content updates on customer WeChat Moments and WeChat, and handle procedural work such as TB, Yunzhijia, and Fadada.

Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Dedicated to work, able to work under pressure, and motivated to pursue high salaries; candidates with catering investment promotion experience are preferred.

Excellent communication skills, strong logical thinking ability, and good teamwork spirit.

Excellent brand awareness and high professionalism.

Proficient in English as a working language; overseas returnees are preferred.
