Retail Support - PMT The Hourglass (Work at Store)

Established in 2008, PMT THE HOUR GLASS is Thailand’s leader retailer of specialist timepieces. The company was formed as a Joint Venture between The Hour Glass Limited – Asia’s leading specialist watch retailer – a company listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange and Prima Times – Thailand’s leading watch and jewelry retailer.

We are seeking a dynamic Financial Officer to join our team at the Gaysorn Village boutique in Bangkok.

Responsibilities:

  • Create sales invoices and documentation, ensuring proper completion and submission to head office

  • Execute report processing through internal systems to the finance department

  • Maintain documentation in adherence to Sales and Operation Procedures

  • Support the boutique team in achieving organizational objectives

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant departments for coordinated efforts

  • Able for working at boutiques and working hour full-time: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Monthly rostered, day off 7 days per month)

  • Assist the Finance Manager as required or Boutique Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field

  • Good command of English (read and writing)

  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply

  • Prior experience in accounting/finance is a plus
