  • Oversee and optimize all credit card customer interactions on SCB connect to improve and create better customer experiences
  • Design the seamless flow for the new initiative features and revamp the current flow for the better experience if any
  • Continually understand, define and then refine the customer base life cycle as well as find out the problem-solving solution to close the gap and improve customer pain point
  • Execute engagement campaign to increase awareness and usage on SCB Connect
  • Prepare and review all communication materials (both offline and online channels) that related to credit card customer on SCB Connect including content refining on each single touchpoint
  • Work closely with team, other squads and other BUs to keep service update and improve credit card customer journey in the whole life cycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Innovation,Business Administration,Marketing or related fields.
  • At least 5 years working experiences in customer experience managment or marketing fields
  • Be customer centric and service mindset
  • Fast learning and adaptability
  • Highly logical thinking and believe in using data to inform your decisions
  • Good team player and interpersonal skills
