Reporting to the Head of HR Department. The Talent Management Manager handles the learning and professional development of an organization’s workforce. S/he equips staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks. S/he either delivers the training themselves or arrange for a third party trainer to do it. S/he helps with the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfil their potential within their organization. S/he is required to be strategic rather than reactive, assessing the skills and knowledge within an organization and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills. S/he evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and employee performance to ensure that they are appropriate and effective. S/he is accountable for improving the effectiveness of the organization by assisting in the implementation and delivery of training initiatives set forth by Management to support the manufacturing organization.
