IT (ERP Specialist) Manager-130K (Hua Hin) 1 year contract

*** This position is 1 year contract / not provide any company benefit, 130K Salary Budget, Open for Thai Nationality


Business :  Manufacturer in Fruit Can(international culture) 

Report : Foreigner Boss Management 

Subordinate : 6 ppls

Working on Monday-Friday 

Responsibilities :

  • Organizes and manages the IT Application Department; these include setting up the Department Bottom Line Goals, controlling and conducting the projects to be achieved on time 
  • Maintains and Manages Information Systems to ensures that the systems produce complete, accurate and timely company reports
  • Prepares the Annual Capital Budget (CER) and IT Operating Budget related to ERP Application and In-House Computer System requirements
  • Coordinates with the company’s key persons in all areas; such as Accounting, Budgeting, Purchasing, Operation, Human Resources, Logistics, Sales and Marketing, and Legal, to develop reports for middle and upper management
  • Plans, reviews, evaluates, selects and implements or develops new computerized systems; application; software and hardware; and communication systems to meet overall company, end users, and corporate requirements
  • Maintains and controls computer operation systems, applications, software, hardware, and devices to ensure system compatibility and integrity; maintains computer hardware and software to run smoothly; and eliminates all systems downtime
  • Manages and controls all activities related to IT Security to ensure compliance IT Policy or SOX audit
  • Assigns subordinate level in the organizational chart to be deputy to handle his/her duties and responsibilities in case of absence
  • Maintains, updates and improves of Food Safety Management System
  • Report problem with regards to the Food Safety Management System to Superior
  • Comply with procedure and requirements of Environmental ISO 14001 and quality system FSSC 22000 and other standard mandatory require to be used of the organization and participates actively as needed
  • Participates actively in the company’s Continuous Improvement Programs; and leads and directs activities related to improvements as needed
  • Promotes cost reduction and established controls, Maintains and enforces safety & security rules and regulations and ensures the effectiveness of the departmental Accident Prevention Program

Qualification : 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 8-10 year + experience in Information Technology management
  • Extensive experience with core software applications, in particular ERP Systems
  • Experience in managing projects, leveraging different software development methodologies
  • Strong skills in predictive analysis, specifically on software development/ deployment projects
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale projects with a successful project delivery record
  • Experience working in an environment with global objectives With manufacturing and distribution industry experience
  • Skills: Management and Leadership, Planning, and Decision Making, Program Design, Advanced Supervision, Analytical Problem solving, Communication, Computer and English
  • English is proficiency (written and verbal)
  • ERP Application and Database knowledge required
