Employee Relations Manager - Manufacturing (Hua Hin)
Job Description:
  • Managing HR Policy and Regulation Development and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to achieve strategic HR objectives to support the Company’s strategic business goals.
  • Managing the Customer Social Compliance/Audits and coordinating with other Divisions and Departments to ensure HR and overall Company compliance with relevant Social Standards’ requirements.
  • Defining and implementing employee relations strategy and plans including enhancing and maintaining decent communication with employees, the Welfare Committee, and other workers' representatives.
  • Promoting knowledge and common understanding of the Company Business Principles, the Code of Business Conduct, and the Company Employee Relations Policy with the objective to make every company employee become an ambassador of Company Culture, Values and Principles.
  • Promoting awareness and understanding of Health & Safety both at work and outside of work. Driving engagement strategy related to Safety & Health.
  • Ensuring the compliance of employee-related policy with the local context (i.e. Labor law & Migrant Law knowledge, conflict and dispute resolution skills, social insight, etc.).
  • Leading the factory in arranging cultural, national, religious, and recognition activities.
  • Planning and administering company activities on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR or CSV), controlling all community relations programs, and participating in corporate public and community relations programs.
  • Performing various other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or a related discipline.
  • 5 -7 year work experience in a related field.
  • English proficient.
