BOI Officer / BOI Specialist
Salary negotiable

Job Summary
Responsible for managing all BOI-related activities including documentation, reporting, and coordination with government authorities to ensure the company complies with BOI regulations and fully utilizes BOI privileges for medical device manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. BOI Privilege Management

  • Manage and monitor BOI privileges in accordance with BOI regulations

  • Track BOI project conditions such as investment value, production capacity, and employment requirements

  • Ensure company operations comply with BOI promotion conditions

2. BOI Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit BOI reports through the BOI e-Investment system

  • Prepare reports related to machinery import, raw materials, and production information

  • Handle BOI project amendments such as machinery additions and production expansion

3. Import & Export Coordination

  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Customs regarding machinery and raw material imports under BOI privileges

  • Verify import documentation and duty exemption privileges

4. Government & Regulatory Coordination

  • Coordinate with BOI officers and relevant government agencies

  • Prepare documents and information for BOI inspections and regulatory audits


5. Record Management & Audit Support

  • Maintain proper BOI documentation and records

  • Prepare documents for annual BOI audits and inspections

  • Support internal and external compliance audits


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, or related fields

  • At least 2–5 years of experience in BOI-related operations

  • Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred

  • Knowledge of BOI regulations and BOI e-Investment system

  • Understanding of import-export procedures and customs documentation

  • Good command of English
