About the role

Emerald Nonwovens International Co., Ltd.' is seeking a talented Research and Development Manager (R&D Medical Device) to join their team in Khao Yoi Phetchaburi. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving innovation and development of cutting-edge medical devices.

Job Description

• Lead and manage the R&D team to develop new and innovative medical device products

• Oversee all aspects of the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to prototyping and testing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality, to ensure successful product launches

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to inform the R&D strategy

• Identify and pursue opportunities for product improvements and portfolio expansion

• Mentor and develop the skills of the R&D team members

• Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to senior management

Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in medical device R&D, preferably in a managerial role

• Proven track record of developing and launching successful medical device products

• Strong understanding of medical device regulations, quality standards, and best practices

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team of highly skilled R&D professionals

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Degree in a relevant field, such as medical device engineeing, biomedical engineering, materials science, or life sciences
