Training Coordinator

We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our Team.  

Job position:    Training Coordinator (Permanent - Full Time)
Business:         Automotive
Quota:             1 Position
Start working:  1-Mar-20
 

You role, as a Training Coordinator to manages the communicating with automotive dealers and a key contact person in dealership to ensure that training class will be opened with enough nomination. Training Coordinator also maintain a Training Database, generate a set of training reports in a regular-basis and supporting Country Project Manager in all related activities which are required in a timely manner.        

Responsibilities:

  • Training Database Preparation (such as Training result score keying, Update the correct number of dealership staff in dealer network by month)
  • Develop Monthly Training reports from the database in the agreed format. (Thailand and ADT)
  • Distribute and follow-up on feedback from each training program. Collate all feedback into a report for market management
  • Working with the Project Manager on developing the annual / monthly training calendar design and deployment.
  • Support the training / project manager to select the right candidate to join the Sales / Aftersales training course (By searching trainee’s candidate from database, training record what rely on the basic training requirement, take action from any request from the related department to apply for training course)
  • Co-ordinate with Dealers for updating employee records so as to maintain a relevant database of dealer employees on the LMS. Send the invitation letter to the dealer managers (by Email) to invite the dealership staff to join training class as refer to the training plan / and call to follow up with dealer
  • Ensure along with the Project Manager that Nominations for all training programs are received on time, and if not, timely escalation is done.
  • Front-line training support such as trainee register, prepare / contact to purchase the break and lunch for trainees, support in case of the trainees need accommodation booking.
  • Update and issue the training record for the trainee to the field. (Thailand + ADT)
  • Manage the payment to the supplier and review the pass through cost/ summarized payment list by month / manage cost sheet
  • Manage and run the Training Center along with the Training / Project Manager
  • Other as per manager’s assignment such as contact some suppliers to order the training text-book, copy test paper, check and balance the training material stock and etc.

Qualification:

  • Thai nationality only, Female
  • Age between 25 - 30 Year-old
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
  • 1-3 years of relevant experiences in Training function
  • Have experience in Training System Administration
  • Good people-handling and communication skills
  • Have Administrative and managerial skills
  • Strong service-minded, self-disciplined & motivated, result oriented, team player, well-organised, problem solving, analytics, energetic, dynamic, proactive and positive thinking
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), especially Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English is advantage
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Able to work under pressure on tight deadlines

Work location:      Rattanathibet Rd, Bangyai
Working hour:       8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)
Direction:              Close to MRT – Sam yaek Bangyai Station
