Job Description:

• Study and understand construction drawings, construction programme schedules, and construction equipment

• Coordinate between design teams, production teams, and safety teams

• Develop construction site layouts and construction methods with a focus on engineering, efficiency, and safety

• Design and calculate temporary works and formwork

• Prepare detailed method drawings and method statements

• Prepare cost estimates and tendering for method works

• Conduct site visits and attend method meetings

Qualifications:

• Have full working rights for Thailand

• Software Skills: Autodesk Revit / AutoCAD

• Language Ability: Good communication skills in both Thai and English (TOEIC score will be an advantage)

• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in the construction field

Job Description:

• Study and understand tender documents, tender drawings, construction methods, construction schedules, etc.

• Prepare site organization charts, site equipment plans, site temporary power arrangements, site consumables lists, etc.

• Estimate project indirect costs

• Present pre-construction studies

• Calculate project carbon footprints

• Conduct site visits and attend tender meetings

Qualifications:

• Have full working rights for Thailand

• Software Skills: Microsoft Office, A.I. tools

• Language Ability: Good communication skills in both Thai and English (TOEIC score will be an advantage)

• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in the construction field
