Group HORECA Manager (Level 6)
  • Be able to manage the team to work together to achieve the same goal. (sales volume, sales revenue, profit).
  • Have a high negotiating skill.
  • Be able to be a part of the team to work together to set up team's strategy.
  • Be able to lead the team to implement the strategy.
  • Be able to prepare and present the result to management via power point.
  • Have ability to responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly, yearly sales target and also responsible for market share within the assigned area
  • Responsible for preparing information and data to present to HORECA team management in the monthly meeting and annual meeting
  • Be able to open the new account and new opportunity as required from the function and company
  • Responsible for sales revenue and net profit within the assigned area
  • Be able to create sales promotion and marketing activity to stimulate sales volume

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree with at least 8 years working experience in sales and or marketing (Horeca channel would be preferable). 5 out of 8'years have to be in managerial level.
  • Be able to communicate good English speaking, writing, reading.
  • Have a good computerize skill especially power point and excel.
  • Can do attitude.      
  • Be able to travel    
  • Age 32 to 45
