HRM Manager / Employee Relations Manager

Job Purpose:

  To implement, support and monitor Human Resource Management policies, including recruitment, manpower planning, fring benifit, internal and external relationship and ensure satisfactory and well-being of employee whereas Labour cost and company disciplines are properly controlled.Union negotiation for dispute resolution, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations.
  • Manage and control manpower planning and recruitment.
  • Manage and control fringe benefits.
  • Manage and develop employee relationship activities.
  • Effectively manage contract Labour under HR dept.
  • Ensure rules, regulation or legal requirement concerned to company activities are effectively implemented.
  • Maintain effective liaison with Local government or public section including communities around the factory.
  • Ensure security of factory premises/plants.
  • Organize employee related cultural and welfare activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master, Bachelor of Laws or related field.
  • Experience in HRM Manager more than 8 years
  • Good command in English.
