Warehouse and Logistics Manager (Lopburi)

Job description:

  • Producing regular report and statistics on a daily, weekly and month basis
  • Briefing team leaders on a daily basis
  • Maintaining standards of health, safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
  • Control of Forklift truck management to ensure full operation capacity and achieve daily target
  • Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles machinery (Forklift, hand lift, equipment)
  • Manage to driving standard work and ensuring quality process are implement to ensure a “right first time “product to customer aligned with their expectation
  • Delivery the product to customer on time, every time using appropriate methods
  • Planning the logistics process for local operation to ensuring the fulfillment of our service level agreements and considering for all of operating standard, Leadtime, condition standardized by suppliers, customer, project clients.
  • Manage daily operation of logistics, warehouse, transportation and issue related to safety and physical inventory check.
  • Review production schedule for all production and packaging activities
  • Coordinate and interface with procurement on raw material and packing material call-off based on requirement.
  • Supervise and monitor performance of external warehouse and logistics provider related to delivery and service reliability, quality, safety, cost
  • Manage on receiving of incoming goods including the import formalities.
  • Cooperate and interface with operations, packing/filling and quality control on activities to support customer delivery.
  • Implement inventory monthly stock take and make sure inventory stock accurate as company target.
  • Optimize inventory level to achieve company goal as well as inventory reduction improvement plan.
  • Preparation of reports regarding schedule attainment inventory, customer service or related areas in Planning and Logistics
Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years logistics, warehousing, and transportation experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Proven capability in sourcing particularly in engineering equipment parts supply
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong negotiation with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ethical person with high integrity
  • Independent, assertive, but flexible
  • Good computer knowledge e.g. MS Office and SAP is a must
