Legal Management – VP Level

Job Description:


  •     Set up litigation account volume target by OA and ensure the target is achieved by OA by month/ YTD
  •          Control and monitor OA Legal to perform litigation process effectively and align with local regulation and collection policy
  •          Drive OA Legal to proceed new litigation accounts to achieve monthly and / or year to date target
  •          Ensure the litigation accounts have been completely submitted to FP&A Department on a timely basis
  •          Review weekly OA Legal performance to monitor actual vs. forecast to ensure actual performance has met the target
  •          Conduct self-assessment process on high risk Legal Management operation process to ensure OA has perform proper Litigation process with in Corporate Guideline & in compliance with Thai law and other related Regulation
  •          Prepare OPEX budget under own responsible area to ensure that the budget align with recovery & litigation plan
  •          Monitor and ensure all documents required by TAX unit is correctness per guideline and work process
  •          Manage / Coach Legal management team to ensure that they perform the Litigation case
  • Implement monitoring process on legal working step in order to meet the standard TAT as required
  • Conduct effective OA monthly meeting
  • Implement and ensure Bankruptcy process has been performed effectively per procedure



  •       Bachelor degree in Law or any related field
  •       Minimum 5 years of experiences in any related field, strong knowledge in collection Act and Local Law and BOT Regulations is preferable
  •       Previous work experience in banking or related industry will be an advantage
  •       Supervisory experience is essential with good Leadership skill
  •       Knowledge of Legal OA Management including control process and Collection ACT
