Customer Services Officer

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Receive / Arrange booking to customer / carrier
  • Communicate with overseas office and customers
  • Process costing and invoicing
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Operation Manager


  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 year experience in  Freight Forwarding or Logistics business
  • Good command in English language
  • Good computer literacy
  • A team player with service mind, good communication and interpersonal skills

The salary for this position is commensurate with the candidate’s education, experience and ability.
