Location: INTEQC Global Co., Ltd. – Na Khok Subdistrict, Samut Sakhon, Thailand

Business Type: Animal Feed Manufacturing / Agribusiness / Livestock feed / Aquafeed , Pet Food

Working Days: Work 6 days a week with flexible days off 2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities : 

• Set up IT Strategy to develop an organization of IT operation and IT project management.

• Manage overall of IT infrastructure which including networking, software development, and ERP Application support. (computer and information systems, security, communication systems)

• Develop, manage, and track the IT department's annual budget capex and opex.

• Supervise and consult with the IT team, providing the guidance and support for IT service support IT infrastructure architecture design and professional software development

• Manage ERP systems SAP for whole module i.e. SD, MM, CO, FI and etc. to improve operational efficiency

• Will have extensive experience in IT management, Project management a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, and strong leadership abilities.  to support the business requirement and achieve the business’s goal. 

• To be the Lead of IT program and projects portfolio management, including K2 workflow system development, new implementations, and technology architecture integrations

• Evaluate and monitor the IT performance metrics to identify the area of improvement and development aligning with the company strategy and goal

• Collaborate and engage with across functional departments to understand business requirement and provide the solutions to support as efficiency and productivity

• Coordinate and working closely with external vendors and service providers for the IT operations.

• Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor's degree to Doctoral degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• 15+  years of experience in IT management, supervising development teams, and information technology projects

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and disaster recovery and BCP.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA system

• Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems

• Good knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices

• Excellent strategic planning, budgeting, leadership and problem-solving-decision-making skills 

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization

• Strong knowledge of project management (pmbok)  and software development (sdlc/agile etc)

• Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and development 

• Good in English communication 

• Knowledge 5s, ISO 27001 , Kaizen, Lean , Six Siqma  is a plus
