Assistant Accounting Manager (Base in Samutsakorn Office)

Job Description:
1. Manage and review all daily bookkeeping works sample are : AR, AP, JV, Purchase of Fixed Asset, inventories records and other expenses/advances for company’s staff.
2. Ensure accounting records are well prepared and maintained in accordance with company accounting policies and accounting standard timely and accurately.
3. Manage all relevant taxes ; CIT, withholding tax, VAT and refunds (if any) and other taxes& duties to be submitted to Revenue Office, Customs, any other related government.
4. Monitor, maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, accrual, expense for the monthly and yearly closing.
5. Handle the closing accounting month end and year end statutory.
6. Supervise and delegates all responsible staff accountants for efficient outcome and effective effort to accomplish accounting objectives.
7. Provide support and initiatives to improve accounting process, procedures and internal control to ensure all transactions will be operated smoothly and effectively.
8. Liaise and co-ordinate with auditor.
9. Other duties as assigned

Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial related field
3. Have CPD license and can sign on as an accountant.
4. At least 3 years’ experience with accounting function and handle accounting closing
5. Strong skill of Thai accounting standard & Revenue Department taxation
6. Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
7. Communication skills and good coordination
8. Excise tax knowledge is an advantage
9. Experience in SAP is an advantage
10.Experience in accounting or audit firm is an advantage
