วัตถุประสงค์ตำแหน่งงาน

ดูแล ตรวจสอบรายงานเกี่ยวกับต้นทุนในระบบ SAP และตรวจสอบผลต่างของผลิตภัณฑ์ระหว่างต้นทุนจริงเปรียบเทียบกับต้นทุนมาตรฐาน ในระบบ SAP รวมทั้ง ตรวจสอบงบประมาณ จัดทำ วิเคราะห์ รายงาน ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ Stock ดำเนินการตรวจนับสินค้าของคลังสินค้า

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  • ตรวจสอบ การบันทึก / ปรับปรุงรายการเกี่ยวกับต้นทุน และ Order เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง 100%

  • จัดทำรายงาน Variance ประจำเดือน

  • Report Aging

  • Compare Expense FA50

  • Analysis by Plant

  • รายงานกำลังการผลิต BOI

  • เพิ่ม / ลด Budget

  • สรุปค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือนให้กับฝ่ายต่างๆ ภายในวันที่ 15 - Cost center - GHG - ราคาปลาเฉลี่ย ข้อมูล Support กลยุทธ์, ค่าใช้จ่าย WH CS AIC

  • Report Down Grade

  • Project เปิด ปิด ตรวจรับงาน

  • Inventory Control

  • จัดทำจดหมาย เอกสารทำลาย รวมถึงลงนับหน้างานกับ Audit (รวบรวมไฟล์ ทำจดหมายทำลาย แจ้งออดิท และสรรพากร)

  • จัดทำ แบบแจ้งข้อมูลการประกอบกิจการโรงงานรายปี (รง.9)

คุณสมบัติที่จำเป็น

  • ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชีและการเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

  • ประสบการณ์การทำงานในสายบัญชีต้นทุนอย่างน้อย 1 ปี

  • มีความรู้ด้านบัญชีและการเงิน, บัญชีต้นทุน, โครงสร้างต้นทุนและบัญชีบริหาร, ระบบ SAP

  • มีทักษะด้านการให้คำปรึกษา, ความละเอียดรอบคอบ, การเจรจาต่อรอง, การใช้งานระบบ SAP

  • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้

  • มีทักษะด้าน Microsoft Office

  • มีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรกิจ Manufacturing, มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการทางานร่วมกับผู้อื่น
