HR Manager (Administrative)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

     1)To perform searches and direct approach for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and utilize various effective channels and tools to attract best fit candidates.

     2)To supervise the recruitment process (interview with HR, immediate supervisor interview, medical examination, checking references, checking criminal record, and documents)

     3)To manage and negotiate the offer package and do employment contract.

     4)To perform orientation to new employees.

     5)To analyze and plan the Manpower Budget and allocate appropriate manpower to prepare an effective recruitment plan.

Payroll:

     1)To supervise and implement payroll.

     2)To supervise and verify employee data report for payroll.

Welfare:

     1)To manage overall welfare for employees including welfare from government and benefits claims.

Legal:

     1)To ensure compliance to the Labor Protection Act as well as Company Policies.

     2)To set up and maintain Company policies and Procedures for daily operations.

     3)To manage HR related documents, ensuring that they are up-to-date.

Training:

     1)To supervise the analysis of training needs and plan training development and develop the potential of employees in line with business goals.

     2)To supervise the training to follow the plan and follow up the performance of employees after training.

     3)To arrange and execute internal and external training program.

Administrative:

     1)To supervise administrative task to ensure smooth operational support such as office equipment, stationary, office supplies, canteen, housekeeping, security guard, gardener andCompany driver.

     2)To build relationships among employees and to create a strong working atmosphere to enhance the employee's loyalty andmotivation.

     3)To manage issues to minimize risk, protect Company’s culture and retain employee’strust.

     4)To communicate to employees and strictly follow to work tidily.

     5)To plan and to organize company events.

     6)To support all employees regarding general affairs and administration functions.

     7)To perform office asset management including office equipment and furniture.

     8)To organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

     9)To be responsible for inventory management of stationary, office supplies, uniforms and consumable material while taking charge of the ordering of these items.

   10)To liaise with external suppliers, i.e. building service contractor.

   11)To supervise the annual performance evaluation process for all employees.

   12)To support any task as assigned.

Safety:

     1)To supervise risk assessment and recommend corrective action.

     2)To supervise the accident statistic and analysis

     3)To supervise and verify Safety report to Government

IT:

     1)Be able to verify and control the correctness of e-mail account used in a Company.

     2) Be able to coordinate with internal section or external agent in case of malfunction of communication device.

 

Job Qualification:

1)Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.

2)Must be knowledgeable in Labor ProtectionAct.

3)Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and able to engage effectively with all levels ofemployees of the Company.

4)Good problem solving and ability to motivate.

5)A team player with positive work attitude as well as excellent planning and organizing skills.

6)Leadership, strong analytic skill and decision making.

7)Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

 

Age Range: 35-45 Years Old.

Experiences: 5 Years Up

Sex: Male or Female
