Claim Examiner - Travel Insurance

Responsibilities:

  • Process all Medical claims, Travel claims
  • Medical review and follow up medical information, claim assessment
  • Provide Claims Management reports as evidence of the service standards being achieved
  • Liaise with the Medical Assistance Coordinator as necessary in the management of emergency medical claims
  • Liaise with external providers as appropriate to ensure claims are managed in a cost and time effective manner in line with Company service standards
  • Prepare letters and other documentation as necessary subject to Company service standards
  • Provide optimum levels of customer service by answering any questions professionally, listening and developing a rapport with the customer
  • Provide quality follow through and excellence in service in all dealings with customers and client companies
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Medical Claims Manager as required

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality only
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field 
  • Experience in Health Insurance would be advantage
  • Experience 1- 2 Years in Health Insurance or Nurse would be advantage
  • Computer Literate and able to work efficiently with Word and Excel as a minimum
  • Possess good conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Good team player
  • Good in English communications, writing, reading and speaking
