Air Frieght Operation - Manager Level // Suvanabhumi Airport (Freezone)

Our client is Japanese Logistics company which is Top 10 logistics company in Japan; Having 50 Offices in global offices and expanding business both Air / Sea Freight for import export business in Thailand

 

We are looking for candidates ; Air Import Manager

Location: Suvanabhumi Airport (FREEZONE BUILDING)

Working Time: Mon - Fri (8.30 - 17.30)

Salary budget; Total Package (Max 52,000 THB) +included other allowances

**Bonus 2 - 3 Months/ year

 

Responsibilities;

  • Contact and cooperate with customer in order to prepare all related document for import shipment- Monitor shipment, milestone status and KPI compliance
  • Set up and handle Financial billing process, issue invoice, credit note, cost control etc.
  • Manage and train around 40 - 50 staff in the Air Import Section
  • Communicate with overseas shipping agencies and overseas branches to manage schedule as planned
  • Keep good customer relationship and provide the best service to meet customer requirement
  • Handle all complaints efficiently and solve problem (*communication in English)
  • Monitor problems / issues and report

Qualifications;

  • Age 38 - 40 years
  • 4+ years experience in either Logistics, Import / Export, Freight Forwarder business
  • 2+ years experience of managing at least 30 - 50 staff
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Major in Logistics or any related fields will be advantage)
  • English skill (*able to report and communicate with overseas branches)
  • Knowledge in Cargo Air Import / Air Export
