Introduces customers to the menu and announces daily or seasonal menu specials
Passes customer orders along to kitchen staff for preparation
Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers
Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals and processes orders for additional courses if necessary
Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information
Meets with restaurant managers regularly in order to learn about menu changes and specials as well as discuss upcoming reservations and customers with special needs
High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
Excellent personal presentation and Service minded
Experience of at least 1 years as a Restaurant Waiter, Server in a small luxury hotel, five star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Excellent command of English, second language : French, Chinese or Japanese would be an advantage.
