Administration Manager

The Administration will take responsibility in Recruitment, Knowledge Management, Training Plan, and General Affair work based to support every section in organization


               Northern Region Industrial Estate, Lamphun.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Affairs :
    • Office Administration
    • Liaison with the government agencies for related jobs.
    • Outsource Management (Security, Maid, Gardener, other subcontractors).
  • HR Management & Training :
    • Recruitment Process.
    • Employee Benefits.
    • Rule & Regulations.
    • Compensation & Benefits.
    • Training & Knowledge Management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality.
  • Ages 30 – 45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
  • Excellent command in English.
  • Computer Literacy
  • Good knowledge of Thai Labor Laws and related Laws to operate business in NRIE.
  • 5 year experience in Administration function in multi – cultural environment. Outstanding communications and presentation skills, and effective listening skills.

Preferable Qualifications:

  • Professional Safety Officer (special remuneration shall be granted).
  • Payroll.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • Experience in Import – Export  shall be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 preferred.

Resident of Chiangmai or Lamphun will be an advantage
